No, for some of you, this might be a harsh look at reality. Interestingly, some people believe that dogs should be allowed to breed and whelp without any human "interference". Just like in humans who are unsupervised while giving birth, there are considerably more deaths and consequences when nature is allowed to "take its course". Hence, if you choose to breed dogs without undue care, then the responsibility for poor outcomes will be greater in your court.
